The San Diego Building Trades joined frontline registered nurses and health care professionals on the strike line to demand Kaiser Permanente return to the bargaining table and negotiate a fair contract in good faith.

As 31,000 members of United Nurses Associations of California/Union of Health Care Professionals (UNAC/UHCP) are on strike, Kaiser Permanente sits on $67 BILLION, gives its CEO and executives MILLIONS, is making record profits, all while hospitals are understaffed, patients are underserved, and workers are underpaid.

Enough is enough.
