The San Diego County Building and Construction Trades Council is leading the charge to bring more women into the construction industry with its High School Girls Construction Bootcamp. This week-long summer program is designed to build confidence and provide hands-on experience in various trades, paving the way for a new generation of women to thrive in construction. Through mentorship, skill-building, and real-world exposure, the bootcamp empowers young women to envision a future where they can succeed and lead in the trades.
